Our Signature Sandwich! Hand-cut pork tenderloin is injected with apple cider and coated in our handmade sage & smoked paprika dry rub. We slice it thin and layer it on a locally sourced French loaf with Granny Smith apples, fig preserves, and our hand-candied brown sugar and cayenne bacon. Finished off with a homemade cinnamon-sage butter.
Fresh, local Sourdough piled high with our thick cut, hand-candied, brown sugar and cayenne bacon, hydroponic Bibb lettuce, local tomatoes, and a homemade roasted garlic aioli.
Mild cheddar cheese is layered on fresh, local Sourdough with our hand candied bacon and Granny Smith apples. Sharp, sweet, tangy, and gooey….all in one!
We roast whole turkeys with fresh sage and butter. Then it’s shredded, tossed with thyme and dried mustard, and piled on a fresh, toasted French loaf with beer caramelized onions, mustard-Vidalia onion relish, and fresh, peppery arugula.
All of our soups are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on! This section of our menu will change most frequently as produce availability changes even within each season.
Roasted butternut squash, garlic, potatoes, cream, and just a touch of cayenne are blended together in this silky smooth soup that is bursting with fall flavors!
Ground beef and pork are slow simmered with red onion, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, and a 3-bean-blend from one of our local farms. Then we add the best part….BEER! We rotate beers from various independent breweries in and around Atlanta to give different flavor profiles to this hearty “soup”!
Local, roasted sweet potatoes blended smooth with campfire smoked sea salt and browned butter, then topped with a Muscadine-Maple syrup.
Boiled red potatoes tossed with celery, red onion, tons of fresh dill, and a homemade, sour cream and roasted garlic dressing.
Brussels sprouts deserve a second chance! Forget what you think you remember from childhood…ours are roasted with smoked sea salt, olive oil, and a touch of local honey, then tossed in a light balsamic vinegar dressing and a splash of local hot sauce.
Thick cut cucumbers spend 48 hours in our homemade garlic and dill brine. The chips stay crunchy and fresh….a perfect compliment to any of our dishes!
