Hannah Murphy, born and raised in Albany, Georgia and now based in Atlanta, has honed her sound and stage presence since the age of 14. Drawing inspiration from her southern roots and legendary folk artists like Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen, Hannah Murphy incorporates elements of bluegrass, jazz, and classic folk into her storytelling. A prominent figure in the Atlanta songwriter circuit, she has left her mark on prestigious venues such as Eddie’s Attic, Smith’s Olde Bar, and Northside Tavern. Currently, she is actively working on producing and releasing her first EP, titled “Problem Starter,” and engaging in collaborations with EDM, pop, and R&B artists. Her goal is to showcase stylistic versatility while maintaining raw authenticity and emotional vulnerability in her lyrics.
