Our menu (and our name!) is based on the style of cooking popular in the Low-Country. Less of a flavor profile, and more of a way to approach food, we focus on using what is available to us, in our area, at any given time. Some menu items will be available year-round, while others will come and go with the seasons. We hope you enjoy the mix of flavors and products that Georgia has to offer!
Our vinegar BBQ pulled pork on a toasted sourdough bread with cheese, sliced tomato, and homemade chipotle-honey mayo.
Fresh, local Sourdough piled high with our thick cut, hand-candied, brown sugar and cayenne bacon, hydroponic Bibb lettuce, local tomatoes, and a homemade roasted garlic aioli.
We roast whole chicken breasts with fresh sage and butter. Then it's shredded, tossed with thyme and dried mustard, and loaded onto a fresh, toasted pan de mie bun with caramelized onions, mustard-pepper relish, and mixed greens.
Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses, caramelized onions, and candied bacon, and a homemade chipotle-honey mayo on local sourdough bread.
Roasted Boston butt with a vinegar based sauce, jalapeƱo-apple coleslaw, and homemade pickles on a toasted pan de mie bun.
Thick cut cucumbers spend 48 hours in our homemade garlic and dill brine. The chips stay crunchy and fresh....a perfect compliment to any of our dishes!
White bean hummus, marinated grilled portobello mushroom, Bibb lettuce, tomato, and sliced red onion on toasted sourdough bread.
Red and green cabbage are shredded and tossed with carrots, fresh jalapenos, Granny Smith apples, and a homemade, creamy tangy dressing.
